As Dr. Thompson consulted with this patient, she expressed concern with the development of jowls, a poorly defined neck line, and an area of fullness extending downward from the chin to the lower neck. Dr. Thompson recommended a lower facelift combined with submental liposuction for the midline neck to address this problem.

This patient's concerns involved the generalized aging changes that had developed gradually in the upper and lower face, including drooping of the brows, eyelids, and upper cheek area, as well as loose and sagging skin of the lower face and neck. This patient underwent endoscopic browlift with temporal lift, upper blepharoplasty, and lower facelift by Dr. Thompson.

This patient presented to Dr. Thompson concerned with lower face jowls, neck skin looseness, a somewhat weak chin, and a tired appearance to her upper eyelids. To address these concerns, Dr. Thompson recommended upper blepharoplasty, lower facelift with submental liposuction and chin implant.

Upon consultation with Dr. Thompson, this patient expressed concerns with deepening of her nasolabial folds, dark, hollow circles under her eyes, excess loose skin of the upper and lower eyelids, a gradual drop of her brows, and deep furrows between her brows. To address these concerns, Dr. Thompson recommended an endoscopic brow lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a midface lift.

This patient came to Dr. Thompson with a history of nasal trauma resulting in external deformity and breathing problems. He was also concerned with his wide, amorphous tip and large nostrils. On examination, he was noted to have significant asymmetry of his nasal bones and severe lack of dorsal height. Dr. Thompson recommended septorhinoplasty to address his concerns.

This patient presented with concerns including a convexity of her nasal bridge as well as an overall increase in size. She was also bothered by recurrent sinus infections. Dr. Thompson recommended septorhinoplasty for correction of the internal deviations and external concerns.

This patient presented with complaints of severe left-sided nasal obstruction, a large hump visible on profile, and a wide and bulbous nose and tip. Dr. Thompson recommended septorhinoplasty to address these concerns.

This woman presented with complaints of severe left-sided nasal obstruction, a small hump visible on profile, poor tip definition, and significant nasal asymmetry. Dr. Thompson recommended septorhinoplasty to address these issues.

This patient presented to Dr. Thompson requesting improvement in the contour of her jaw line and increased neck definition. Following submental liposuction, the patient demonstrates not only significant improvement in these areas, but a more youthful appearance overall.

This gentleman came to Dr. Thompson concerned that his ears protruded excessively. After reviewing the pictures together using imaging software, a plan was made and executed to the satisfaction of the patient.

This patient presented with drooping of the upper eyelids and brows. Following endoscopic forehead lift and upper blepharoplasty by Dr. Thompson, the patient appears refreshed and alert.

Although this patient presented with excellent skin texture and minimal aging face changes, she was concerned with the fatigued look resulting from the “bags” under her eyes. Following lower blepharoplasty by Dr. Thompson, excess lower lid skin and fat has been removed, and the patient's eyes now complement the rest of her face.

This patient felt that looseness of the upper eyelid skin created a tired, or even sad appearance. Dr. Thompson recommended upper blepharoplasty, which significantly refreshed and brightened this patient's eyes.

Excess skin and drooping of the upper eyelids can give a fatigued or even unhappy appearance. Following upper blepharoplasty, this patient's bright and vibrant eyes are restored.

When Dr. Thompson consulted with this patient, she expressed a desire for increased fullness of the upper lip. Following JUVÉDERM™ augmentation to the upper lip, increased fullness and symmetry is apparent.

This patient presented with concerns of decreased lip volume, particularly in the upper lip. Following conservative JUVÉDERM™ augmentation of both lips by Dr. Thompson, lip volume and symmetry is improved. Although the lower lip has been augmented slightly, it no longer appears too big for the upper lip because of the proportionate increase in upper lip fullness.

This patient came to Dr. Thompson with deepening lines from the nose to corners of mouth (nasolabial folds) as well as similar lines starting at the corners of the mouth and heading downward (melolabial folds). Dr. Thompson recommended Radiesse® for this problem because of its excellent and long-lasting effects in deep folds and lines.

This patient presented desiring increased definition to her cheek bones. Following Radiesse® injection, the patient has a subtle but significant improvement in her cheek projection and overall facial definition.
