Facelift Patient Testimonial from Utah Facial Plastics

Facelift Patient Testimonial from Utah Facial Plastics – Dr. Scott K. Thompson

54 year-old female received facelift, fat injections, upper eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) and peri-oral dermabrasion from Dr. Scott Thompson of Utah Facial Plastics.

“I had a full facelift, dermabrasion around my mouth areas, fat injections as well as an upper eyelid lift. How far out from surgery am I? I am four weeks out from facelift surgery.

I chose Dr. Thompson because Mindful Women sent me over to here. They have heard and seen good results from Dr. Thompson so I came over. I felt very comfortable with him. He was great and answered all my questions. I looked on his website and saw the before and after pictures and everyone that I looked at just looked refreshed and didn’t look different so I felt very positive and very comfortable with him as my facelift surgeon.

How was my facelift recovery? It was very different every day. With the dermabrasion, I was pretty tender and raw around my mouth for the first week or two. Other than that, nothing hurt, it was great. I had some good pain medication but I didn’t really need it. Sleeping…you have to sleep upright and sleeping in a recliner helped the best for me.

How do I feel now? I feel great. I feel like a new person. I feel I look more my age than I did before so I’m excited. I’m still a little bit swollen but it’s coming down gradually and different every day. So I would say, I would do this again in a minute.”
