I wasn't told that I had to fill out "mandatory" paperwork when I was called to confirm my appointment. It had to be done on my phone and it didn't work after 4 tries. I didn't feel well and I wanted to reschedule my appointment but was told I would be charged 50 dollars. I went to the appointment feeling unwell and when I got there I was stressed out by having to do this paperwork before I could be seen. Additionally I was told that the price of Botox went up 6 days before my appointment. It would have been nice if I had been told about this and the paperwork when they called to confirm my appointment.
