- Skip waxing, tweezing and depilatory creams for 4 weeks so the follicle stays in place for treatment.
- Avoid tanning, sunburn and self-tanner in the treatment area.
- Let us know about cold sores, open wounds or skin irritation in the area, and we'll find a better date.
Arriving ready
- Shave the area the morning of your appointment.
- Arrive with clean skin, free of lotion, deodorant or makeup over the treatment area.
- Settle in. Your specialist will walk you through each step as you go.
Caring for your results
- Pause retinol products and manual or chemical exfoliation for 1 week.
- Limit sun exposure for 1 to 2 weeks, then keep up daily sunscreen.
