Booking Deposit
Collected when you book, then applied toward your treatment or product purchase at the time of service.
Unit Minimum
Botox and Dysport appointments have a 20 unit minimum.
Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments or late changes may have the deposit applied as a cancellation fee.

Preliminary Phone Consultation
Complimentary and convenient, from wherever you are. Connect by phone with a Patient Care Coordinator to share your goals, ask questions, and explore your next steps.
Review Your Options
Your coordinator will take the time to understand your goals, walk you through your options, and answer questions about recovery, timing, and financing, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Meet Your Surgeon
When you’re ready to take the next step, your coordinator will arrange your in-person consultation with your surgeon. Together, you’ll discuss your goals, explore your options, and create a personalized plan. A $150 deposit is collected when your consultation is scheduled.

Choose a convenient time to connect, and our Patient Care Coordinator will call you then to begin the conversation.
