Consultation & deposit Fees
- A $150 consultation fee is required for surgical and advanced laser consultations. This fee may be applied toward your procedure or treatment but is non-refundable and non-transferable if you choose not to move forward.
- A $50 deposit is required to reserve all med spa appointments and may be applied toward any med spa service. If you attend your appointment but decide not to proceed, your deposit may be applied toward any non-surgical treatment or product within one year.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and reschedules require at least 48 business hours' notice for a full refund. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, fees and deposits will be forfeited as a cancellation fee without proper notice. Additional charges may apply based on appointment length.
This fee reflects a missed business opportunity, not a service charge - we appreciate your understanding.
Intake Paperwork
All paperwork must be completed online before your appointment. New patients and those due for updates will receive a link by text and email - please complete it promptly, as it expires in 48 hours. Your provider cannot legally see you without it on file. Need help? Just arrive 15 minutes early and we'll take care of you!
