I came in for a consultation that I asked multiple times what the cost would be before I arrived. The answer was the same every time FREE. I was on the look for the perfect doctor to perform my surgery. I went in for a consultation to see if this doctor would be a good choice. I was very underwhelmed by his experience and lack of concern/listening skills. (falling into the dr. stereotype) I left and knew I would never be coming back. Well a year and a half later their billing office starts contacting me for a bill that needs to be paid. Why would I have a bill if I came in for a FREE consultation? They ultimately waived the bill but don't worry my insurance company still paid them for a useless consultation. I was interested in having scalp micropigmentation done. Mariah, who performs this procedure, was friendly, helpful and professional. I have had a few sessions done now and have been very happy with the results. I would highly recommend Mariah to anyone interested in this procedure.
