I encountered a shady business practice during a “free” consultation. During the meeting about a nose job, I was asked if I ever have difficulty breathing and I said “maybe a little”. Turns out, they decided that since I answered yes that they could turn it into a medical evaluation. I ended up getting a bill and so did my insurance. I have heard good things about this place but with the trick they pulled is absolutely unacceptable. I can’t recommend them to anyone. Edit: They replied to this review and mentioned that I could call and get the charge removed and that they would also not bill my insurance for surgery. I actually did call them when I first got their bill. I was told essentially, too bad pay it. I brought up the insurance charge and they said again, it doesn’t matter. We’re billing them. I have absolutely no faith in them or their level of integrity. Edit 2: It looks like they deleted their reply. Seriously, be very wary with this business.
