I have been a loyal client at UFP for years. After my last few appointments I think it's finally time to give an honest review. Most beauty services are pricy, lip injections being one of them. Last year I drove out to the Draper office, from downtown SLC in rush hour traffic, for an appointment. I was numbed in the waiting room which I thought was really weird. After 25 minutes of waiting, I asked how much longer it would be. I was told my injector would be with me in a minute. After waiting for 45 minutes I left, and I was late for my next planned commitment for the day. I was never called by anyone after this unprofessional incident, it was as if it never happened. This morning I was scheduled for an 8am appointment and my injector showed up to the office at 8:20am. I realize that injections and facial surgery are highly sought after and one customer probably doesn't matter, but UFP has lost three clients with this consistent behavior, if I can get to my appointment on time, there's no reason why the professional doing my service can't. My time is valuable and I refuse to give my business to a provider who obviously only cares about their bottom line.
