Update to my previous review which was 5 stars. I have been a client for years and up to now have been very happy. But now I am leaving UFP and here is why. I scheduled an appt for fillers next week but had a question for my injector and called today but was told the time Im allowed tp ask my injector questions about my options is at my appt. That is ludacris! I immediately canceled and will no longer be going or referring people to them. My time valuable and to drive across town to have a discussion to see if they have what i need that could happen on the phone is not worth it. I have other places that are available ahead of my appt. Prior to this I had reviewed and have 5 stars so this is hard to do but I felt its important to know they ask for $50 deposit when you book but you are not allowed to ask questions prior to your appts.
