Both Dr. Thompson and Dr. Henstrom of Utah Facial Plastics perform facelift and MACSlift (mini facelift) procedures often with great results. MACSlift procedures are done in-office under local anesthetic and involve less incisions than a traditional facelift. The recovery time is shorter as well at about 2 weeks on average. Pain is minimal but there is bruising and swelling that takes time to subside. Additional procedures can be done at the same time, such as an eyelid lift, fat injections, or chin implant.
We love seeing the transformation and hearing from happy patients and recently received pictures from a MACS facelift patient who turns 50 in two months. She looks amazing! She also had a TCA peel to tighten the skin under her eyes at the same time as her MACSlift procedure with Dr. Thompson.
“It’s been quite a few months since my MACS facelift and I’m so happy with the results! I’ve been meaning to send you some pictures after my surgery so that you can show Dr. Thompson. My daughter is also so happy with her chin implant. In fact, I think she still visits your office for occasional filler. Thank you again!!”
Here is the same patient 2 days after her MACS facelift with Dr. Thompson:
