When it comes to celebrities and plastic surgery, most remain quiet or deny having had anything done, even when obvious to others. These five celebrities open up about their facial plastic surgeries and how they felt about their decision post surgery.
Jane Fonda, fitness guru and incredible actress, opened up about the facial plastic surgery she has had over the years and we must say, this 81 year old legend looks amazing. Jane Fonda has had a facelift, which gave her back a more youthful appearance. Fonda also talked about how she corrected the bags under her eyes (lower blepharoplasty). This surgery rejuvenates the under-eyes by removing the excess skin and fat pads that can make you look tired, aged or sad. She also mentioned that she changed her hair style around the same time so people would think that her hair was the reason for the change in her appearance.
In a 2010 blog post she wrote, “Now, I look more like how I feel. I’m glad I did it.”
Rapper, Iggy Azalea opened up about work she had done on her nose (rhinoplasty). Rhinoplasties can make a nose straighter, smaller, or less bulbous. Iggy reported that her new nose made her feel more confident. The rapper also talked about how much research she did before having facial plastic surgery. She told Seventeen magazine in a 2015 interview, “It’s no easy feat to live with your flaws and accept yourself – and its no easy feat to change yourself. It’s important to remember you can’t change everything. You can never be perfect.”
Jane Seymour is an actress, well known for her performance in James Bond film, Live and Let Die. The 68 year-old actress reports having an upper eyelid lift (upper blepharoplasty). Upper eyelid lifts are minimally invasive in-office procedures where the excess skin on the upper eyelid is removed.
Model and television host, Tyra Banks talks about her nose job (rhinoplasty) in a recent memoir. Banks is happy with her nose and is not ashamed to admit she had work done. “If you like your natural self, don’t worry about it. But if you feel insecure about something…I have a magic bag of beauty tricks to make you who you want to be. Permanent or temporary, I do not judge that.” she told E!.
Kris Jenner is well known as the “momager” to her daughters of the reality TV show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians. Kris Jenner is very open about her facial surgeries and usually has it filmed for the show. On the show she has had a facelift and even had an earlobe reduction. The 63 year-old reality star looks years younger than her actual age and seems to be keeping up with famous daughters.
