Traditional Botox vs. Skin Botox
As mentioned before, Skin Botox is injected very superficially into the skin and does not effect the facial muscles. Unlike Skin Botox, traditional Botox treatments require about 5 pokes depending on what area or areas are being treated. Traditional Botox is injected directly into the muscle in areas like your forehead, glabella and crow’s feet. Just like Botox, skin Botox lasts approximately 3 to 5 months.
