Does Summer Mean a Vacay from Beauty Treatments?
- Posted on: Jul 15 2019
Now that summer is in full swing, many people are wondering if they need to postpone the beauty treatments they had been considering. The summer months are busy. We spend more time outside. We may get a little too much sun here and there. The reasons to put off beauty-boosting treatments are endless. We’re here to debunk the myth that one cannot address cosmetic concerns during this time of year. While it is perfectly acceptable (and safe) to undergo surgical treatments like blepharoplasty or facelift surgery at any time of the year, we want to focus on some of the procedures that may feel easier and breezier for summer.
This short treatment is performed by an expert cosmetic nurse in a short office visit. Utilizing a proprietary cocktail of wrinkle-reducers and vitamins, the AquaGold treatment quickly refreshes the appearance of the skin. The procedure penetrates the outer layer of the skin with 24K pure gold-plated microneedles. Though thinner than a human hair, these microneedles provoke a subtle healing response that brings more circulation and collagen to the skin. More than this, though, AquaGold delivers serums that contain Botox, Juvéderm Volbella, and precise vitamins into the dermis for enhanced results.
Hydrafacial treatment is so convenient you could drop by our office on your lunch hour for a quick refresher. In a 30-minute session, one of our experienced estheticians passes a small handpiece across the skin. This handpiece simultaneously cleanses and exfoliates impurities from the epidermis. Then, a specific topical solution is applied to the skin to achieve desirable results. The Hydrafacial can be boosted with special serums containing peptides, Connective Tissue Growth Factor (CTGF), or Britenol. The facial can also be customized to include Blue LED Light Therapy or lymphatic draining.
Our experienced staff performs microneedling with a kick. To enhance the basic MicroPen procedure for tissue regeneration, we incorporate either MicroGlide HA™ or MicroGlide GF™ into each treatment. MicroGlide HA infuses the skin with hyaluronic acid to promote hydration and plumpness. MicroGlide GF infuses mesenchymal stem cell growth factor into the skin to promote neocollagenesis and skin cell regeneration.
