Juvederm & Botox for Gwyneth Paltrow?

We hate feeding in to the gossip but it’s always interesting to hear celebrities go on record saying they would never do Botox or any kind of plastic surgery but somehow continue to show little signs of aging through the years. They either aren’t human, or are basically lying to us. You be the judge here!

While the changes are subtle, she does look more youthful and refreshed in the after photo taken at a NYC event on December 2nd. Doctors predict “Botox, fillers, chemical peels” and possibly more, as reported by Radar.

We have to agree as her forehead, crow’s feet and under-eyes looks smoother … likely thanks to Botox and a filler, like Juvederm or Restylane, for the tear-troughs. She may have also had a small amount of Juvederm in her upper lip to even her lips out.

Her more youthful looking skin is likely thanks some sort of skin resurfacing treatment(s) as well as quality skincare regimen, including retinol to increase cell turnover. She may have had a series of chemical peels to reveal brighter skin, skin rejuvenation treatments, or possibly a fractional CO2 laser treatment.

Skin resurfacing not only reveals brighter skin but helps with fine lines and wrinkles as well. Gwyneth’s skin appears somewhat dull and uneven in the before photo with more of an even glow and less fine lines in the after. This is due to the increased cell turnover with skin resurfacing which gets rid of dead skin cell and reveals more youthful skin.

Of course, Botox and fillers are all helpful in treating fine lines and wrinkles. The combination of the three treatments is very common and a great approach for skin rejuvenation. It’s also great to prevent fine lines and wrinkles from becoming permanently etched into the skin when started early on.

Do you agree with our assessment? What do you think Gwyneth has had done … if anything?
