Effortless Glamour from Utah Facial Plastics

UFP Mission Statement

“Our mission is to be a positive force in the lives of our patients. To accomplish this, our commitment is to treat you with genuine kindness and respect, make appropriate recommendations that will help you to accomplish your individual goals, and provide safe and effective treatments to ensure the best out come possible.”

From the beginning, Dr. Thompson, owner and original provider at Utah Facial Plastics, believed that the appropriate facial aesthetic recommendations could greatly rejuvenate and enhance our patients natural beauty while still looking completely natural. The belief has always been that patients should still look and feel like themselves, just better and more refreshed.

Over the years, especially with increased popularity in social media and “selfies”, much of the cosmetic industry has shown that ‘more is better’ or more attractive. Time has proved that natural is better and many celebrities, influencers and every day people are showing that “less is more” is actually becoming more popular in the United States. That’s not to say cosmetic procedures aren’t at an all time high in populariy. Filler, makeup and other cosmetic treatments are more prevalent than ever but overfilled faces are now considered less attractive than they did in previous years. The cosmetic population in general is going for a more “natural’, rejuvenated look. By “natural”, we mean ‘effortless glamour’. Patients are still opting for both surgical and non-surgical procedures but with the goal of looking like the best version of their individual selves.

At UFP, our team believes that facial plastic surgery is allowing our patients to feel more confident in their own skin with restorative and enhancing cosmetic procedures. Although we do agree that beauty comes from within, being able to look and feel your best can provide a greater level of confidence within. Both Drs. Thompson and Henstrom provide treatments that enhance or restore facial features without changing the individual characteristics patients hold.
