Laser treatments are a great minimally invasive treatment option to treat years of sun damage along with mild to severe fine lines and wrinkles. Laser treatments typically require a series of treatments. However, we do offer more invasive lasers that show substantial results after just one treatment. Fotofacial (IPL & BBL)
Fotofacials are known for improving the appearance of dark spots, but this treatment also helps with signs of aging, sun damage and other skin concerns such as rosacea. Both our IPL and BBL laser treatments are non-invasive and non-abrasive treatments for your skin.
Both treatments are well tolerated by patients and there is really no recovery time. Following a treatment, the skin will appear red and over the next week the pigment will begin to come to the surface and eventually flake off on its own. This isn’t a treatment that will greatly improve texture but can provide some improvement.  Our aestheticians usually recommend a series of 2-6 treatments.
Fractional CO2 Laser
Our fractional CO2 laser treatment is one of our most invasive lasers that we offer patients. If you are looking to diminish the appearance of imperfection and dramatically improve the appearance of crepey skin, wrinkles, and brown spots in one treatment, look no further.
Individuals can expect recovery to last approximately 7-10 days. During this time, the damaged outer layers of skin will slough off and the skin will be very red. Once this damaged skin sloughs off, the new tighter, smoother skin will appear. Lines are noticeably softened, and the overall skin tone will look incredible. With the continued use of the right skincare and sunscreen, the results will be able to be maintained.
SCITON Halo Hybrid Fractional Laser
Halo is a one-of-a-kind technology that delivers both fractional (ablative) and non-fractional (non-ablative) wavelengths to the area being treated, meaning it can treat multiple layers of the skin at once. When Halo hybrid fractional laser is compared to other lasers, it requires less downtime and is less painful, but provides great results.
Following treatment, it is normal to experience red, swollen, dry, flakey skin. Most of which begins to subside after 24-72 hours. The dryness and peeling will likely take an additional few days to heal. Once the skin has healed, you can expect an improvement in the tone and texture, a reduction of wrinkles and overall clearer skin.
NanoLaser Peel and TRL Contour
NanoLaser Peel and Contour TRL are used to treat sun damaged skin, fine lines, and discoloration. This laser works by removing the top layer of the skin while stimulating new skin cells and collagen production. These treatments can be customized by your provider to offer a lower downtime to more aggressive treatment.
The recovery process with the NanoLaser Peel does require more downtime (a couple days) than a chemical peel of micro-needling treatment but does provide more dramatic results. NanoLaser Peel is much less painful, and recovery is quicker than the Contour TRL. Following treatment, the skin will appear red, can be patchy and will be dry for a few days.
Contour TRL is a deeper resurfacing treatment for more moderate to severe aging. This treatment can be done alone or added in conjunction with a Facelift, if your doctor feels it is right for you. Following treatment, the skin may feel raw and have some oozing and drainage. With recovery, expect approximately a week of down time.
