Hydrafacial Treatments for Men with KUTV’s Chef Bryan at Utah Facial Plastics in Draper, Utah.
Chef Bryan: I am having what’s a called a Hydrafacial, with Utah Facial Plastics. This is seriously the coolest thing in the world…it vacuums up your skin. If you’ve ever had your hair shampooed and washed or your face washed, this is so much better. What does the hydrafacial do, Trish?
Trish: Hydrafacial is not a regular facial. Right now I am just cleansing the skin and then I’m going to do a Hydrafacial, which is cleansing time one hundred. And then we’ll also infuse antioxidants into your skin. You’ll be tv ready and every day ready with gorgeous skin.
Chef Bryan: Now you can do this every month. It’s a great way to keep your skin looking it’s best and to make sure your skin is healthy. Hydrafacial treatments for men are perfect for busy men that still want to take care of their skin. I always say you’re cracking the code of age here at Utah Facial Plastics.
Trish: Yes, because when you’re young, your skin cells turn over. And when you’re older, your cells do not turn over as fast. So that can lead to dull, saggy skin.
Chef Bryan: Which is not any fun. So how long in advance do people need to book out to get a hydrafacial? I generally do it every month, like today I already booked the next one.
Trish: Yes, you can actually give us a call and we can get you in pretty soon. We love to do these and will just make time for you. You can call (801)776-2220. We are here at our Draper location but also have a location in Layton as well.
Chef Bryan: So tell everyone what you’re doing right here.
Trish: Right now we’re kind of extracting dead skin cells off the skin. It’s got a vacuum on my handpiece. It does have some antioxidants that are loosening up the skin and then we’re sucking it out.
Chef Bryan: What are antioxidants?
Trish: It’s really kind of like vitamins for your skin. They keep your skin cells healthy. That gives you better skin tone, texture, helps tighten the skin, and help prevent sunspots and age spots in the skin.
Chef Bryan: I appreciate that you also look at all the sunspots in my skin. Now you’re a master esthetician.
Trish: Yes, I’m a master esthetician. You have to go to school and learn all about skin. So I had to go to school and get 1200 hours in skin treatments and education.
Chef Bryan: What’s the difference between a master esthetician and an esthetician.
Trish: They have different requirements in different states. Master estheticians can do laser and different kinds of treatments.
Chef Bryan: Well this is great, I can’t wait for you all to try this. I’m hooked on it. I’m going to sit and lay here and maybe even go to sleep. I will see you all later.
