Our wellness programs
Medical Weight Loss (GLP-1 Medications)
A streamlined program for patients focused on safe, effective, and long-term weight loss. Micro-dosing options for inflammation reduction are also available for qualifying patients.
After a one-time wellness consultation fee of $150, prices are as follows.
Monthly Pricing:
- First Month: $150-$250, based on medication and initial dosing
- Each additional month: $300-$450, based on medication and dose adjustments
What's Included:
- Prescription weight loss medication shipped directly to your home
- Ongoing provider oversight and support
- Follow-ups as needed at no additional cost
No membership required.
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT/TRT)
This program offers ongoing, medically supervised hormone optimization tailored to your specific needs.
After a one-time wellness consultation fee of $150, prices are as follows.
Yearly Membership:
- First Year: $1500 one-time fee
- Each Additional Year: $125 per follow-up visit as needed
Monthly Membership:
- First Year: $150 per month
- Each Additional Year: $150 per follow-up visit as needed
Membership Includes:
- Ongoing medical management
- Follow-up visits (telehealth or in-person)
- Medication dose adjustments
- Prescription management
- Support services from provider & UFP team
Medications for hormone therapy are filled through a patient's preferred pharmacy or a pharmacy recommended by your provider, and paid directly by the patient.
Peptide Therapy
Peptides are often used to enhance positive lifestyle habits by supporting energy, recovery, body composition, and overall wellness.
After a one-time wellness consultation fee of $150, you'll only pay for the prescriptions you're eligible for and choose to proceed with.

Bundled Care & Savings
Save on whole-body wellness when combining services. During an initial consultation, any or all of the wellness options can be discussed. There is a one-time fee of $150 for that visit.
Weight Loss & HRT:
Patients enrolled in both medical weight loss and HRT therapy receive discounted HRT pricing:
- HRT Yearly Membership:
- $1275 (regularly $1500)
- $100 per visit after the first year (regularly $125)
- HRT Monthly Membership:
- $125 per month (regularly $150)
- $125 per visit after the first year (regularly $150)
Adding Peptides:
- Peptides may be added at any time with no change to weight loss or HRT pricing
- Charged only for the peptide prescriptions you choose
