Dr. Daniel B. Hall is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon dedicated exclusively to the face, head, and neck. Dr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University before completing his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He then completed his residency in Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, one of the top five otolaryngology residency programs in the country, followed by a prestigious fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Silicon Valley with L&P Aesthetics and Mehta Plastic Surgery. His training has given him a foundation of both surgical precision and artistic sensibility that he brings to each patient encounter.

Dr. Hall’s surgical expertise covers a wide range of facial rejuvenation and restoration. His clinical interests include aging-face surgery such as facelift, neck lift, and brow lifting, as well as eyelid surgery, rhinoplasty, other facial balancing procedures, hair restoration, and local skin cancer reconstruction. He complements his surgical practice with injectables, laser resurfacing, and skincare, ensuring every patient is cared for with a thoughtful, individualized approach tailored to their needs and goals.

At the heart of Dr. Hall’s work is a philosophy of natural, balanced, and refreshed results. He believes that the highest purpose of facial aesthetic surgery is to bring each feature of the face into harmony with the others, so that a person’s most authentic and expressive self comes forward. The face is our identity, how we are known and remembered by others, and equally, how we see and feel about ourselves. A lifelong student of the fine arts, music, and design, Dr. Hall finds that an appreciation for proportion, structure, and beauty deeply informs how he sees and approaches the face. Whether surgical or non-surgical, his aim is always to restore confidence and bring genuine joy to the individuals he serves.

Dr. Hall’s patient care philosophy is rooted in empathy, kindness, and approachability. He takes time to listen, to understand each person’s concerns, and to ensure every patient feels informed and at ease throughout their entire journey, from the first consultation through recovery.

Dr. Hall is an active member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery. He has received multiple NIH-funded research grants and awards and has authored peer-reviewed publications and book chapters in leading facial plastic surgery journals. He has presented his research at national meetings and continues to contribute to advancing the field through academic scholarship and innovation.

Outside the operating room, Dr. Hall has a deep love for the arts, particularly vocal performance, both solo and choral. He also enjoys time outdoors with his family, whether on the water or in the mountains. A native of the Intermountain West, he recently returned to the Wasatch area with his wife and two daughters, whom he adores, and is grateful to be building his practice among the people and places he has always called home.
