Alfie is a Nurse Practitioner who has been an integral part of the Utah Facial Plastics team for more than a decade. Having worked closely alongside Dr. Thompson, she has developed an exceptional understanding of facial aesthetics and refined her artistry in advanced injectables.

Full-face dermal filler
Dermal filler placed in the cheeks, chin, temples, jaw, nasolabial folds and lips. The goal was to enhance her natural features and give her a slightly more sculpted look through the mid and lower face.
Liquid rhinoplasty
Adding a little projection to the tip can create such a beautiful change, refining the shape and bringing balance to the profile without any surgery or downtime.
Here is the honest part: not everyone is a candidate for nose filler. The nose is one of the most delicate and high risk areas to treat, which is exactly why it matters so much who is holding the syringe.

Frequently asked questions.
Will people be able to tell I have had something done?
That is the outcome Alfie works hardest to avoid. She treats structure and proportion rather than chasing one feature, and she would rather start conservatively and add at a follow up than overcorrect in a single visit. The before and after photos show what that looks like on her own patients.
What happens at a first appointment?
Mostly conversation. Alfie asks what you notice and what you would like to change, reviews your history, and looks at how your face moves and where it holds volume. You will leave knowing what she would suggest, what it can realistically achieve, and what she would leave alone. Her three step approach walks through it, and you can reserve a time whenever you are ready.
Am I a candidate for liquid rhinoplasty?
Not everyone is, and Alfie will tell you plainly if you are not. The nose is the highest risk area on the face to inject and the wrong candidate is not worth treating. When it does suit you, a small amount of filler can refine a bump or lift a tip with no surgery and no downtime. There is an example among her results, and if you would like her read on it first, send a few details.
How soon will I see a difference?
Filler is visible straight away and settles over about two weeks. Neuromodulators take several days to begin and reach their full effect at around two weeks. Sculptra and collagen stimulators are the long game and build quietly across a series of visits. The treatment list has more on each one, and the practice keeps a fuller guide to injectables.
Does Alfie treat men?
Yes, and a growing number of her patients are men. The planning is the same: structure first, conservative dosing, and a result that still looks like you. One of the reviews below is from a first time male patient.
