What happens to my banked credit?
It carries over exactly as it is. Banked credit never expires, even if you cancel later.
Will my monthly payment change?
The new ELITE is $199 a month. That's less than the current ELITE ($225) and more than VIP ($150). Either way, every dollar is still banked as credit toward your treatments.
When will I be charged?
On your next regular billing date, the same day of the month you're charged now. Your current plan ends that day, so you're never charged twice.
Does switching start a new 12-month term?
Yes. Your new ELITE membership is a 12-month term that begins with your first $199 payment. After that, it continues month to month.
How do I cancel in the future?
After your first 12 months, you can cancel anytime by calling us with 30 days' notice.
What if I don't do anything?
Nothing changes. You'll keep your current plan through the end of your 12-month term. It won't renew, and you can join the new ELITE whenever you'd like.
Can I use a different card?
Yes. The form lets you keep your card on file or enter a new one. Your card details are kept secure.
