Insider Membership is only available for select cosmetic procedures. Patient Care Coordinators will provide more details to surgical patients.
Can use banked money for membership offers or other specials, but can take advantage of specials if they are greater than membership discounts.
Cannot combine membership offers with other specials
Cannot used banked money towards surgical procedures at any time
Cannot withdraw money that is banked during membership and must be used in full towards esthetic treatments or products
One time non-refundable setup fee of $75
No other fees. Your money will be banked into your UFP account to use where you would like
$100 early cancellation fee if membership is terminated before 12 months.
If payment is declined at any time during the membership a $50 re-activation fee will be charged. If membership is not re-activated, membership will automatically be canceled and $100 cancelation will be charged.
