Skip to content - Avoid blood thinners one week prior to treatment
- Avoid alcohol 2-3 days prior to treatment
- Do not dye hair right before treatment. Do this at least one week prior to treatment
- Wash hair and scrub the scalp the morning before the treatment
- Do not put any product in the hair after washing or on the day of treatment
- Be sure to eat and drink water prior to treatment
- Bring a loose, clean hat to wear after treatment
- Go home and take a warm shower and rinse hair
- Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours
- Do not wash hair until 24 hours after treatment
- No product in hair for 48-72 hours.
- Avoid blood thinners for one week after treatment (Tylenol is ok for any discomfort.)
- Scalp will be tender for a few days or up to one week after treatment
- Please make a six month and one year follow up appointment to check progress
