My first ever experience with Botox and fillers and Alfie was THE BEST. She provided education on different products, applied tons of numbing cream and walked me through each injection. Loved her and am now another loyal patient. - SB
Love the micro needling. I've had several treatments, the only downsize is they now make you numb your own face prior to the procedure.
Kayla made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous with this being my initial consultation. Her medical experience and overall patient experience was amazing! Thank you for your expert advice and providing me with what next steps are being recommended.
My experience here was great! The staff was kind and the Doctor really took the time to explain everything to me and addressed all of my concerns without hesitation.
For the past 10+ years I haven’t been able to breath out of my nose due to a severely deviated septum and scar tissue. Over the past 4 years I’ve gone to several ENT offices, an ENT Dr at the University of Utah hospital, and even a different place that focuses primarily on facial plastic surgery. All of them saw me and pretty much said “yep you’re nose is getting no air flow, here is your bill” without actually trying to get me on the surgery table. It seemed like none of them made a real effort to get authorization from my insurance and schedule me for surgery. I went into Utah Facial Plastics in December, and within a few days I had the green light from my insurance and was scheduled for surgery. They bent over backwards to make sure I was scheduled for surgery before the year ended (since I had already met my insurance deductible for that year). Surgery went well and for the first time I can actually get a full breath of air through my nose. The insurance claim finally processed and was covered at 100%. I’ve talked to other people who’ve gotten their deviated septum fixed from traditional ENT offices and they all had some type of jelly or stuffing put in their nose after surgery. A few of them have noticed that their deviated septum is returning. Dr Thompson used hard splints to hold my septum in place after surgery. I’m no Dr but it sure seems that a hard split will keep it in place better so it has less chance of returning. He said that only 2 of his patients in his whole career have had their deviated septum return and needed to have it fixed again. I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out, and it didn’t cost me a dime because of how great your insurance coordinator is! Thank you!
The surgeon and his staff took a lot of time talking with me and discussing options as well as explaining what to expect.
