A+++++ all the way! From the first phone call thru multiple surgical followups, the experience was excellent. It was similar to the healthcare we received at Johns Hopkins which is the gold standard. With Dr. Thompson, I couldn't have been in better hands. He's a gifted surgeon; someone I could trust with my overall appearance when it really counts. For my procedures, he's done thousands of them and with great results according to reviews on several platforms. UFP's staff is organized, transparent regarding costs, efficient and friendly. There was no upselling of procedures or false promises of looking like an older super model. Just take a look at all the solid, practical information on their website (which is what attracted me in the first place). As a side note, Dr. Thompson, on his own time, travels to select third world countries to perform complex and much-needed surgeries on those less fortunate (you won't see that on the website). For a double-board certified plastic surgeon of his caliber, you can see where he true rewards. Integrity matters as well as paying it forward.

Very helpful and professional

I went in for a 3 week post op appointment with Dr. Hendstrom. He was warm, friendly and engaging with me. He answered all my questions, and when I left it confirmed to me again that I made the right choice picking him as the surgeon to do my rhinoplasty. From the moment I walked into their fabulous lobby I was impressed by the welcoming atmosphere and responsive customer service. After I was checked in, my wait time was practically nonexistent before being called back and a lovely nurse was helping me to the exam room. As soon as I started talking with Alfie and answering her questions I could tell she was really listening to my answers and understanding what I wanted my lips to look like. She eliminated any concern I had by making me feel comfortable and at ease before starting with the injections. Now I am completely blown away by the incredible results I already see from just my first treatment! Perfect shape, perfect look, perfect experience. Alfie is like a fairy godmother making my wish come true!!
