Changing my review from a 5 to a 1. Not because of my experience with the Dr but with the Beth at the front desk. She is very rude and demeaning. She raised her voice with me over the phone and told me she was getting frustrated with my and my "inability" as she calls it to understand her insurance process. I am a paying Customer and don't deserve to be degraded. This all stemmed from them not collecting my insurance information for 8 months on the backend.
