It was my second time getting Botox (forehead and 11s) and my first time getting lip filler, and I cannot tell you how wonderful Jeanna (pronounced like “Gina”) was. I first met with her for a consultation, and she walked me through everything. She really cares about the well-being of her customers and having a natural end result. She will NOT overfill your lips or freeze your face; she wants to bring out the beauty of her clients. My actual appointment was super smooth. I got pretty nervous about the pain associated with lip filler, but she gave me options for managing the pain and was incredibly skilled in her numbing and injections. Afterward, when I had questions about healing, I sent her an IG message and she responded so fast. I wish I could visit Jeanna more often (my current finances limit how often I can get Botox/lip filler)! The Draper office is super sleek and the ladies that work at the desk are incredibly kind and friendly. Love UFP!
