It is hard to do this review because I just have too many good things to say! Whenever I walk in I'm greeted with kindness and smiles. The people at the front are awesome, knowledgeable, and so friendly. I started coming to UFP to see Alfie for botox and injectables, and I'm so happy I did. Alfie is the sweetest person and oh my gosh, her work is outstanding! Then there's Dr. Henstrom. I had a rhinoplasty and blepharoplasty done a couple months ago, and I cried tears of joy when I saw my results. I cannot believe how amazing my nose and eyelids look! I still look very much like me, but a better, brighter-eyed version. The healing process has been a piece of cake, and my results are so much better than I ever thought they could be. Dr. Henstrom is the most amazing surgeon. He is so kind and such a master of his craft, I cant recommend him enough. I have so much more to say about my experiences with Alfie, Dr. Henstrom, and everyone else I've gotten to work with there; every experience has been amazing, but I'm not writing a novel (though I totally could). Thank you, everyone, at UFP! You're the reason why I love coming in there, and will recommend you to everyone I ever meet!

I met with Megan my pre-op nurse and was so impressed! She was so thorough and answered all my questions, even followed up with me after I left. She made me feel at ease and took the time to go over every step of the process.

It’s so refreshing to sit in Moriah’s chair. She saw beauty in me before we started. She asked me what specifically I was interested in achieving. She guided me through my concerns and gave me suggestions to enhance what she could already see in me. Never wanted anything to change what I naturally looked like, or what my family loves about seeing me. That was so important to me. I just turned 70, and with Moriah’s guidance, I feel extremely confident and comfortable in my skin. No desperate over compensation, just me, aging gracefully. I love UFP. I feel like they are family.

Professional atmosphere with personalized service. I felt comfortable with the injector & have beautiful results. Will definitely go back.
