I was treated very kind and professional. Sarah was very knowledgeable of the questions I had and was great at explaining the different procedures used at your facility. She did not pressure me into trying anything that I am not comfortable with. In regards to my health issues she was very knowledgeable about what would not work for me. I felt she had my best interest at heart.
