Refer-A-Friend
We love referrals! To show our appreciation, we have a refer-a-friend program in place for both non-surgical and surgical referrals and referring patients.
Non-Surgical Referrals
Receive $25 for each referral that receives treatment at UFP. Each patient you refer will also receive a $25 discount on any non-surgical procedure. Refer as many patients as you want! Credit can only be redeemed one at a time for a maximum of $25 at each appointment. Referral cards available in-office or by clicking HERE.
Surgical Referrals
Receive a $300 credit in your account for each patient that receives surgery at UFP. They will also receive $300 off their procedure. Referral must give your name prior to surgery for both parties to redeem. Referral cards available in-office or by clicking HERE.
