I went for my “Graduation Day” 4~month (a fun surprise) checkup & knew the instant I got to the front desk, I would feel happy as Melissa greeted me! Dr. Manning is always so friendly when he walks in the room, never makes you wait & instantly puts you at ease! He was pleased with how well my eyelids turned out & knew by my enthusiasm, I was very happy about the wonderful job he performed on my upper blepharoplasty! I’ve had several co~workers who keep complimenting my eyes & say they notice the difference & it makes them want to have the procedure, too! Dr. Manning never makes me feel rushed & has time to answer questions. He offered me an open door policy, if I ever had questions/concerns, to not hesitate to contact him. That’s reassuring & I’m never made to feel it’s a “get in & get out” visit! He asked if we could do a quick video & I was happy to & surprised as I did one on my last visit! To me it’s a compliment & a confirmation my procedure was a success, when I knew it already!! I met Josh as he came in to film & like everyone at UFP, he is just the friendliest! I’m always happy to meet new staff! Before I left, I asked about another procedure I might be interested in & Dr. Manning helped explain! He was nice to get some quotes for me, too! Leigh, who came in & who I first met making my initial appointment from the get go! I was so happy to see her, again! After I leave there, I’m always on a high, almost skipping out to my car, you all make each visit so enjoyable & like I’ve made new friends!! Thank you for such an enjoyable & youthful I always feel leaving Utah Facial Plastics!! I will always refer you!! Spectacular job, UFP!!
