I am so impressed with the care and attentiveness I was shown at Utah Facial Plastics. The receptionists and assistants were very professional and got me back into the consultation room in a timey manner. While taking the pre-consulation photos, I was so impressed with the quality of the photos and the room. Dr. Thompson was exceptional during the entire consultation. He listen to all of my concerns and offered me several options with my desired procedures. The fact that he sat next to me with his computer and showed me what ideas he had for my facial procedures, absolutely amazed me. I am very exited to continue to come and receive the changes I have always wanted. There is a reason why this office is the Best of State!

Update: October 2025 Moriah Carr at the Draper office has been helping me to have a more even smile through strategic Botox injections. Update: July 2025 Alfie Rae in the Draper office is incredible with helping me balance my brows and relax the pulling, through strategic botox injections. I have synkinesis on the right side of my face from Bells Palsy/Ramsey Hunt syndrome, so there is uneven movement around my right eye and a little droop to my smile on the right side, where the nerves re-routed incorrectly during healing from the virus attacks. The damage looks similar to the loss of facial control a stroke survivor experiences. Dr. Henstrom was so incredibly knowledgeable about my specific issues, and I have only met 2 people in 9 years that knew this much and one of them is someone he refers his patients to for physical therapy to reanimate the smile and eye-facial expressions. Dr. Henstrom was detailed in explaining to me the way we needed to correct the movements through the use of Botox injections, strategically placed. He was also conservative with this first set of injections so that we can monitor exactly how my facial movements respond to the Botox. Once we perfect the movement corrections and balance the symmetry of my smile and eye, then we can move on to some forehead injections for a more youthful appearance. His front desk staff and assistant were extremely kind and well-informed about the pricing and procedures. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Henstrom as we go forward. He was very kind to me and made me feel understood.

I went in for my nurse pre-op today. Lily was amazing! So much info. I left the office with no questions, confident that I am in the right hands. I also met my Patient Representative, Rechele, who has been fielding my questions and concerns for weeks! Dr Henstrom's team is on point! Thank you!!! These guys are rock stars! I love my face lift. Aftercare has been amazing!!!

Kayla is always amazing. The botox is virtually painless, she takes the time to explain why and what she's doing. I will continue going to her.
