The staff is amazing! Very nice and friendly. Their waiting area is beautiful! Dr. Thompson was very helpful and answered all my questions. He made me feel very comfortable. Rechelle was the sweetest!! I love her so much. She was very knowledgeable and let me know what my options were regarding payments. She knew I was nervous and reassured me and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place for sure.

Rebecca and Melissa were amazing staff members that work for utah facial plastic surgery. It is such a professional and wonderful business, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

UFP in general has amazing communication that is proficient and consistent. Dr. Henstrom and the staff were wonderful at ensuring I was comfortable. My favorite part was being able to pick the type of music I wanted to listen to. Thank you for making this experience feel great.

Awesome experience. Dr Thompson is top notch. He happily answered all of my questions pre and post op. I got exactly what I asked for, their entire staff is phenomenal. Julie was so awesome at making me feel comfortable the day of surgery and the whole team was helpful every step of the way after surgery.

Today I had my first visit at UFP for Botox with Alphie. She was awesome! I barely felt the needle pricks. She was confident and thorough and in fact told me that I did not need the Botox in some of the places that I was having injected before. I will definitely be back!

Such a wonderful med spa! Dr Henstrom is personable and Alfie is great with injections! Everyone is pleasant to work with you.
