I have had the best experience with UFP and definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a rhinoplasty. I got a recommendation for UFP from a plastic surgeon who said he believes Dr. Thompson is the best rhinoplasty surgeon in the state. After going in for my free consultation, I immediately felt comfortable and at home with the staff. The office is beautiful and the front desk staff are always so kind. Being afraid of needles, I was extremely nervous for my surgery but Dr Thompson made me feel less anxious by clearly explaining everything that was going to happen. The hospital staff and anesthesiologist were also very nice and understanding of my anxiety. UFP answered all of my post-op questions and gave clear instructions so I knew how to care for my nose. It’s been 7 months since my surgery and I love my new nose! Dr. Thompson was able to address all of my concerns about my nose and fix my breathing at night. I had originally gone into my consultation with the idea of a very dramatic change in my nose but I’m very glad now that Dr. Thompson took a more modest approach while still listening to what I wanted, and that it looks very natural, instead of a nose where it obviously looks like I got a rhinoplasty. I can’t say thank you enough to UFP and Dr. Thompson! It looks so natural and beautiful! Also, the free facials with Trish that come with the surgery purchase were amazing! She is so sweet and I’ll definitely be going back in the future.

I got nose filler in the tip of my nose and it looks amazing and so natural! This cost me $400 and 15 minutes of my time. I still have some of my syringe left that I can come back to and get my nose touched up with no extra charge
