The friendliest most welcoming and caring staff they understood the pain I was in... it was excruciating I was to tears everyone was nothing short of amazing to me! From the moment I made my appointment for TMJ they got me in ASAP for the first time in years I finally feel some relief. Exceptional job with my injections it was painless and quick. I highly recommend UFP, They have a ton of different treatment options to choose from, it feels good to not be up-sold on other treatments or products & they usually can get you in fairly quickly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the difference between my 1st & 2nd later facial treatment’s . I had no pain, no swelling, & just a couple of days of a warm cheeks. Also, I was sent home with a take home cooling gel which was nice. But, didn’t see any results from it. My 2nd treatment was with someone else & completely different who had had a lot of experience in the field. So, glad I did the numbing for this one because there was some pain during the treatment & she did some spots on my neck (wasn’t done on my first one) also had swelling, redness & the really hot feeling for a few days after, but no take home gel 🙁 And I can already tell there will be a difference in my skin with all of the brown coffee grounds spots I have. So, I’m not sure why such a big difference between the 2 treatments. Hmm. The photo is the day after the 2nd treatment.
