I had a wonderful experience with Lauren at UFP, as well as with everybody else I interacted with while there. Everyone was super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly, and the facility was also nice.

Dr. Henstrom is a fantastic plastic surgeon! He explained in great detail why my ears were shaped the way they were, and what he would do exactly to fix them. I have confidence in myself that I’ve been wanting since I was a little girl. I 100% recommend him if you’re considering Otoplasty!

second time coming to get my lips done and it was the best, got numbed and didn’t feel much pain, my lips are so beautiful and i’m really deciding on going back to get a 3rd syringe or another injectable

*See update* Extremely disappointed with Brandi and the customer service in general. I scheduled my surgery several months out, I arranged for child care during my recovery and my sister took off work to take me that day. Then they called and canceled it on me last minute and offered a discount to reschedule with them. They were several hours late and never contacted me to let me know they’d be late, super not fun fasting and having anxiety for several hours waiting to see if your surgeon forgot about you. I never got a discount so I called Brandi asking about it and turns out it was only five percent of the surgeon fees, not not even hospital or anesthesia fees. A whopping $140 bucks off of an $8,000 dollar surgery. Gee thanks. Doesn’t seem like they care much about you as a person or what is going on in your life. Wish I would have just rescheduled some where else. *I am updating this review because Brandi has left and the all the other assistants have been very kind to me every time I come in for follow up appointments. I usually bring my kids with me and they always offer snacks. It hasn’t been a year yet so I’m not sure what the final results will be but so far I am very happy with my rhinoplasty.
