*See update* Extremely disappointed with Brandi and the customer service in general. I scheduled my surgery several months out, I arranged for child care during my recovery and my sister took off work to take me that day. Then they called and canceled it on me last minute and offered a discount to reschedule with them. They were several hours late and never contacted me to let me know they’d be late, super not fun fasting and having anxiety for several hours waiting to see if your surgeon forgot about you. I never got a discount so I called Brandi asking about it and turns out it was only five percent of the surgeon fees, not not even hospital or anesthesia fees. A whopping $140 bucks off of an $8,000 dollar surgery. Gee thanks. Doesn’t seem like they care much about you as a person or what is going on in your life. Wish I would have just rescheduled some where else. *I am updating this review because Brandi has left and the all the other assistants have been very kind to me every time I come in for follow up appointments. I usually bring my kids with me and they always offer snacks. It hasn’t been a year yet so I’m not sure what the final results will be but so far I am very happy with my rhinoplasty.

After my dermatologist removed the cyst from my chin, he recommended I go to Utah Facial Plastics in order to close the wound. Dr. Henstrom expertly repaired the area. It’s been almost 5 months and I cannot believe how far it’s come! I am so thankful Dr. Henstrom could help me so I do not have a unsightly scar for the rest of my life!

The staff is kind and professional. I was nervous about my stitches removal and they did a great job with no pain at all.

Dr Thompson is an artist. I’m 18 days out from my facelift/upper bleph/fat transfer. I still have healing to do, but my face already looks amazing! I’m so grateful for Dr Thompson and his staff!

I'm really happy with the results I got from Utah Facial Plastics! I have very expressive eyebrows and forehead, and their botox work looks natural and beautiful while being very effective at preventing me from wrinkling my forehead and scowling every day. I had a couple spots that didn't get the impact that was needed and I went back for a small touch up that they covered for me. Beyond the services provided, the office is clean and beautiful and the staff is very friendly.
