UFP is amazing! I recently got my lips and botox done by Alfie and I was so impressed with the whole experience. The entire staff is super friendly and professional and the office is beautiful. Alfie is the queen of lips for a reason - she made sure she understood what I wanted and then paid close attention to detail and to the natural shape of my lips to make sure they turned out perfectly. I LOVE them. The payment process was easy and I also think it's awesome that UFP frequently offers deals and the Alle rewards system is great too. We all know that cosmetic procedures aren't cheap and any way we can save a little money is appreciated. I've been to other injectors/med spas in the past and I will only go to and recommend UFP now because my experience really was that much better than anywhere else.

I cannot even begin to explain how awesome Alfie is!! I trusted her with my first cosmetic procedure ever (lip fillers) because I've heard nothing but absolutely amazing things about her. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and I left with the exact results that I wanted! I highly recommend her, especially for people who are nervous to get their first procedure!

My experience with UFP exceeded my expectations! I started balding in my early twenties and ever since then, I just didn't feel like myself and lost a lot of my confidence. I had considered getting hair restoration surgery for several years and had been to other hair restoration facilities in Utah, but none of them seemed to be able to give any encouraging feedback regarding the results of a hair restoration surgery for someone with the degree of my hair loss. In fact, I didn't meet any of the doctors at the initial consultations. Things were different with UFP: I was able to meet with Dr. Thompson personally at the first consultation and after meeting with him, I felt I was ready to take the next step towards hair restoration. It only took about 3 weeks from the initial consultation to the day of my surgery. With the help of the staff at UFP, I felt I understood what to expect with the surgical process. Everyone from the admit nurse, hair techs, and Dr. Thompson (of course) were extremely helpful and kind. The recovery process went as I was informed it would go and I felt prepared for it. It has been about 6 months since my surgery and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. During my entire experience with Dr. Thompson and the UFP staff, I felt I was in completely capable and caring hands. I would recommend anyone considering hair restoration surgery to make UFP their first choice!
