I have gone in for a couple of consultations regarding my nose/ non surgical Rhinoplasty. I first meet with Alfie and she was very open and honest with me about what I wanted vs what was a realistic. She didn’t push me in any way but she have my her honest opinion. We decided that it wasn’t right for me. The staff was able to let me meet with Dr. Hemstrom about other options even though I was not on his schedule to meet with him. I didn’t feel pushed in any way they just were open and honest about what I wanted. Update!! So I finally was able to get rhinoplasty. My recovery was really easy and I did not have a ton of pain like I thought I would. I change my review to a four star because of lack of communication with some of the staff. Before I had surgery they sat down with me verbally and gave me a written information on what to expect after rhinoplasty. I had only wish somebody had contacted me throughout the week to make sure I was doing OK (Luckily I had no problems). There was just so much information thrown at me that I wasn’t sure if I was always doing the right things for my recovery. I think it would’ve been a nice gesture to hear from someone makes sure I was doing OK and doing everything I was suppose to be doing, because it is a major surgery in my opinion. It felt more like just “another” patient coming in, instead of we have value you as our patient. I was told by Dr. Henstrom that someone would be calling me to set up my one week postop appointment to make sure My recovery is going well and remove my cast and stitches, no one ever called me so I called them. They were running behind and then come to find out the doctor wasn’t even there. So I had to make an extra appointment to come back another time. Which is not a big deal but I don’t live super close so it’s kind of a pain to have to come back. But overall I love how my nose looks in the staff has been super nice, there has just been a little bit of lack of communication here and there. And the last couple times I’ve been There and been running behind about 20/25minutes. Doctor Henstrom has been very professional and I’m happy with my nose!!

Facial Cosmetic Surgery!!!

I absolutely love my results, Jeanna was very patient with me and took the time to answer all my questions. She gave me different options knowing that I wanted to be conservative with my treatment. I would highly recommend going to Utah Facial Plastics in Layton

This is truly the best place to get botox and fillers. They take the time to carefully explain the procedures and what to expect and then advise. The results are the best I have had!

Alfie was very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. She gave me all of the information I needed. The rest of the staff was excellent as well and I felt very welcome and comfortable.

Jeanna was great! I got Kybella from her and she made me feel comfortable with the procedure and everything to expect from it. Would definitely see her again!
