I came in for my first time and was very nervous. I was treated kindly and professionally. Shayli explained the procedure and the benefits, I immediately was able to relax and it went smoothly. After years of contemplating about getting Rhinoplasty and countless hours of YouTube videos, I finally decided to start my search on the best doctors in Utah. That’s where I came across Dr. Henstrom and went in for a consultation. His staff was so welcoming, kind and so nice to answer all my millions of never ending questions about Rhinoplasty. We went along and scheduled surgery and everything went as smooth as can be. Then came the aftermath that all my research didn’t really show. After the cast removal comes swelling, and a lot of it. I did so much research and I feel like all the videos were not really realistic to the aftermath of surgery and the swelling process. But it’s all so normal! This is where you have to be PATIENT with the swelling and your end result. I promise, a little patience will go a long way. Give your nose a little bit of time and just watch the results get better and better every single day. It has been three months since I had my surgery and I couldn’t be happier. It was worth every single penny, and every single moment of my patience. I can’t thank Dr. Henstrom and his staff enough for always willing to answer my questions and how easy they made this whole process for me.

Even with the issue I had, I would still give the Draper office 5 stars!! I had finally decided to take the plunge and get some fillers because even though I am not smoker I am starting to get lines above my lips because I've been pursing my lips since I was a child and frankly I don't have an upper lip when I smile, so that was a plus too. I was nervous but everyone in the office was super friendly! Dr. Henstrom evaluated what I he though would be best and even explained to me the different types of botox, because the last one I got from a previous office didn't last. He was super patient and thorough. The fillers weren't as painful as I imagined, but I did have a complication. I was that 1%. Go figure. I had a mucous gland in my lip get clogged. It was super annoying and a big bummer. However, the office made sure I was taken care of and the issue ended up having to be excised. It is still healing as it has just been over a month. Dr. Henstrom, thanks a million for your patience and care! I would definitely go back just because of the office staff.

I love that the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. I’m always happy with my service and they call afterwards to make sure. They are the best!
