Even with the issue I had, I would still give the Draper office 5 stars!! I had finally decided to take the plunge and get some fillers because even though I am not smoker I am starting to get lines above my lips because I've been pursing my lips since I was a child and frankly I don't have an upper lip when I smile, so that was a plus too. I was nervous but everyone in the office was super friendly! Dr. Henstrom evaluated what I he though would be best and even explained to me the different types of botox, because the last one I got from a previous office didn't last. He was super patient and thorough. The fillers weren't as painful as I imagined, but I did have a complication. I was that 1%. Go figure. I had a mucous gland in my lip get clogged. It was super annoying and a big bummer. However, the office made sure I was taken care of and the issue ended up having to be excised. It is still healing as it has just been over a month. Dr. Henstrom, thanks a million for your patience and care! I would definitely go back just because of the office staff.

I love that the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. I’m always happy with my service and they call afterwards to make sure. They are the best!

Alfie is amazing! First things first she will take care of you, making you feel comfortable and at ease. They never do something they think will go overboard. THEY KNOW HOW TO GIVE YOU THE NATURAL RESULTS YOU WENT IN FOR!! Which was major for me. I have been in several times since my first lip augmentation and botox because i love the results so much!! I had always been a natural kind of gal. But once I joined the team at Utah facial plastics, got some education behind all the treatments and services they offered and saw the results. It defiantly started to change my perspective on things. Meeting Dr.Thompson and all the wonderful staff was really the game changer. It’s so refreshing to see surgeons, injectors and staff be a conservative plastics office. They don’t not want to change who you are or what you look like. The goal is to make you the best version of yourself boosting your self-esteem. I am so greatful to work with such humble people. I have witnessed all the staff help so many individuals. Often cosmetic treatments turn in to therapy session and sometimes no treatments Are preformed and the paitents are walking out so happy. Just to be reminded that they are beautiful with or without treatments! I love Utah facial plastics❤️
