I live in Rock Springs, WY and after doing tons of research online, decided to purchase the micro-needling procedure ("vampire facial"). I was nervous because as we all know a procedure is just that...a technique/tool to improve something, it is the person's skill level that is doing the procedure that makes it worth anything! Alfie was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and I truly enjoyed my experience with Alfie and the results! My skin looks brighter and I understand results vary, however, I haven't had an adult acne breakout since the procedure. I've scheduled my 2nd round and feel confident in reaching my end goal. Honestly, I've had poor experiences at other "improvement places" due to my tattoos and less then model looks so I was nervous going to UFP. The last thing I want to do is spend my hard earned money to be treated "less than" and given poor service. This was SO NOT THE CASE at UFP. From the moment I began asking questions and needing guidance, Jenny was more then helpful and patient with me. Jenny is the reason I actually committed to making the appointment. When I actually got to my appointment at UFP, I felt right at home. I was treated well and not rushed at all. I will ALWAYS return to UFP to work with Alfie. We are lucky to have someone with her skill level and professionalism so close to home!

I had my lips done last year by a different doctor. I had black and blue lips for two weeks! I thought that was normal so when I scheduled my appointment at UFP I made sure my schedule was cleared so I could hide out with my monster lips. Little did I know that the lip master worked here. Alfie did an amazing job! I have one teeny tiny bruise that you can't even see unless I talk. She was so patient and kind. Totally took her time and listened to my concerns and wants. Alfie did a complete consultation with me and educated me on how to achieve the look I wanted. The other doctor's office didn't do that at all! Alfie taught me so much. I can't wait to continue working with her and the other staff. I felt like they were honest, educated and never trying to upsell me. They've got a customer for life! Thank you UFP!!

Dr. Thompson is the best! I had to have mohs reconstructive surgery after I had a squamous cell removed from my nose. It was a frightning thing to go through as this was on the side of my nose but Dr. Thompson was so kind and explained everything. I felt confidant in him because of his experience and knowledge. I just absolutely loved my experience at Utah Facial Plastics & Dr. Thompson! I had my first appointment on February 1st and the results were honestly life changing for me! I am on camera- I work for Kutv and Kmyu and just aging is never easy; but on TV there are different kinds of pressures. I have been looking so tired in the last few years no matter what makeup tricks I have. I started noticing small "dent" like lines that run from the inner corner of my eyes down my cheeks. Dr. Thompson suggested a filler- he used Juvederm; and its made the BIGGEST difference! I finally look awake! Ha! Dr. Thompson and his staff are incredible. They make you feel so comfortable and just want to help you feel happy and beautiful however they can:) Dr. Thompson has so much experience & education that I felt so relaxed and trusted his suggestions. He is so conservative which is so nice to have. I will never be going anywhere else! I finally look rested and awake and I'm loving it!
