I came for a chemical peel and it was so relaxing. Great Staff and an amazing environment.

I found Rochelle very generous and informative about all the information that I needed to know. I found the doctor Scott Thompson, very kind and he was willing to spend a lot of time making sure that I understood why he would make the decisions that he wanted to make regarding my procedure.

Update: The office manager called and made the situation right. Our only wish is that it would have been addressed when we were in the office. We are frustrated because we thought we were boooking an express hydrofacial. When we arrived five minutes before our scheduled time (12:15) we had to wait an additional 10-12 minutes (12:27) before we went back. We walked to the front it was approximately 1:17PM. The express service is advertised as a 45 minute service. The elevated service is advertised as 1 hour. We were charged for the one hour elevated service rate. When we asked about this the person spoke to an office manager and said that it is based on the service provided and not the time. Would not recommend this to anyone. False advertising and honestly the service could have easily been extended to meet the one hour time.
