Had a mediocre experience at best. Everyone was friendly and professional. I went in to get some clear moles removed on my face. I was told the best route would be to use a laser to shave them down since they weren't very big. At the procedure, I was told this was probably the most minor mole laser case they had seen. Turns out I was not numb enough so I felt a good amount of the lasering and it hurt. I flinched a lot and the nurse had to hold my head. I felt dumb and embarrassed and realized after that probably wasn't normal. The mole spots looked gnarly while healing, but now that they have healed, I see that all three spots I had treated are not completely flat. They are improved probably 50%. It seemed like it might not matter to them if they ended up flat anyway, but with it being a cosmetic plastics place, I thought aesthetic was the goal. The doctor said at my follow up that we could do it again if needed, but I unfortunately do not have another almost $800 to try to get these moles flat. I chose this place based on the raving reviews. It looks like they offer a chance to win free botox if you leave a review. So that would explain the rating. I wouldn't recommend
