Start With A Consult Call
Your surgical journey begins with a preliminary phone consultation with one of our Patient Care Coordinators. It’s an opportunity to share what you’re hoping to achieve, ask questions, and learn more about the process in a comfortable, supportive setting. Our goal is to make you feel informed, cared for, and confident in your next steps, not pressured to make a decision.
- We answer your questions and talk through your options.
- We match you with Dr. Thompson, Dr. Henstrom, or Dr. Hall.
- We schedule your in-person surgical consultation. The $150 fee applies toward surgery or med spa services within one year.

How soon will someone get back to me?
Inquiries that come in during office hours are usually answered the same business day. Anything sent over a weekend or holiday is answered the next business day. If you need an answer right now, call 385.410.4551.
What happens at a consultation, and is there a fee?
Your preliminary phone consultation with our Patient Care Coordinator will take place first. We will answer your questions and schedule your surgical consultation.
You will meet with your surgeon, talk through your goals, review your options, and get a written quote before you commit to anything.
For surgical consultations, a $150 fee will be collected by your PCC. This amount can be applied toward surgery or med spa services within one year of your consultation.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We have great financing options, and your coordinator can walk you through them and the monthly payment ranges during your consultation.
Can I do a virtual consultation?
Virtual consultations are available for many procedures and are a good first step if you are traveling from out of the area. Mention it in your message or ask when you call, and we will set one up.
I am traveling from out of town. Can you help me plan?
We see patients from across Utah and out of state. Our coordinators can help you plan travel, recovery time, and lodging near whichever office you choose. Start with our guide for out of town patients.
