This patient presented with concerns of fine lines developing around her mouth as well as pigmentary changes. Dr. Thompson recommended a full face TCA peel to address the pigmentation coupled with perioral dermabrasion for the fine lines. Following treatment, improvement can be seen in both the skin texture and pigmentation around the mouth.
