This patient’s concerns mainly involved superficial and deep lines around the mouth. After discussing all options for treatment with the patient, Dr. Thompson used a combination of Radiesse and Juvederm to soften these lines. In particular, correction of the downturned mouth corners significantly reverses the aging appearance of the mouth. Additionally, treatment of the fine lines around the mouth corners sharpens the boundary between the red and white lip and prevents lipstick from bleeding onto the white portion of the lip.
