What is the VI Peel?

With so many great options available, skin rejuvenating procedures have become increasingly popular each year. Younger patients today are more educated on the importance of skin health with increased online and social media exposure and are taking better care of their skin at an earlier age for preventative purposes.

UFP is excited to offer a great chemical peel that is safe for all skin types and tones. This peel is not only for your face, but suitable for the body. To top it off, the VI Peel is painless. This peel is unique because while painless, it’s still aggressive enough to effectively treat all skin conditions.

How Does the VI Peel work?

The VI Peel targets fine lines, wrinkles, sun damage, reduces pore size and improves the appearance of acne scars. This peel will help your skin turn over new cells revealing tighter, brighter skin. There is very little down time with the VI Peel, which was designed to not interrupt your daily life. Treatments also come with a post peel kit that includes a cleanser, SPF 50, post-peel protectant and post-peel pads. Days 1 and 2 post peel there is no peeling, which typically kicks in on day 3 and lasts just a few days. By day 5 there may be some residual peeling that is completely manageable. Minimal peeling on the edges of the face is common on day six and by day 7, the peeling process should be completely done and you are left with fresh, glowing skin!
